Which accounts can I connect?+
Instagram Business and Creator accounts, and Facebook Pages you manage. Personal Instagram accounts can switch to a free Creator account in the Instagram app — Instagram requires this for scheduled publishing.
How does the free trial work?+
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method at sign-up, and you're only charged when the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay a thing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a channel?+
Each connected Instagram account or Facebook Page is one channel. Your plan sets how many you can connect at once.
Is my account safe?+
We connect through Meta's official API and never see your password. Access tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time from the Channels page or your Facebook settings.
