Free trial

You won't be charged during your 14-day trial. Cancel any time before it ends from your billing page and you won't pay anything.

Refunds

• If you're charged and not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Downgrades take effect with a prorated credit applied to future invoices.

How to request a refund

Email support@alfiepost.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Our payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, who processes approved refunds back to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
